Okay, so true story: we came up with this very name for this very silk *without being aware* that it was the EXACT same color as a My Little Pony character!  To us, Coloratura is an elaborate melody with runs, trills, wide leaps, and the opera singers of these roles are also called coloratura!  No matter how you see it, this is a beautiful, solid light mint blue for everyone!
